Sunday was a beautiful day. It had the perfect mixture of overcast and sunny and to top it off, I got to work with these two wonderful people. Once the nerves melted away, which was fairly quickly, they were so comfortable and did such a great job showing their romantic side to the world. (: The sweetness that was shared between them was a delight and I can't wait for you to see a highlight from their session below.
What a lovely Saturday, well spent in a wonderful library filled to the brim with books...a beautiful park...and to round it out, at her grandparent's ranch! We had a great afternoon I'd say. She was a natural in front of the camera, in my honest opinion, and I had so much fun photographing her!! Please enjoy!
When I know I have created something beautiful there are a few things that happen: I rush back home to upload. Wait for the photos get uploaded. Start editing. Do my little happy chair dance. Repeat the chair dance after every image that makes my heart soar. (When I start doing giddy clapping, you know it's really good.) That happened A LOT while editing Gill's photos. I wanted to yell when I looked at the image of Gill laying in the grass. I am really happy about these photos and it's been a while since I haven't torn myself apart for not doing better and that makes me so, so, happy.

Sierra and Kade married on a beautiful sunny day a few weekends ago! It was such a beautiful day for a beautiful couple. Sierra and I shared a painting class together when she inquired about me shooting her wedding and of course I couldn't say no. :) Please enjoy!
